Shocking..... Literally!

Hi guys,
I was wondering has anyone ever had any problems with TF tuned, i sent my Fox DHX5 shock off to them (via work) because it had an air leak in the piggy back, at the same time as having it serviced i had it push-tuned. I got the shock back and looked through the service data sheet, and it said that there was apprently 150psi in the piggy back, which is what i normally run it at.... However i pretty quickly (in fact immediately) realised there was no air in it as soon as i fitted it to the bike. I didnt know whether it had been emptied so it could be sent in the post (i wasnt sure whether it would have been done for health and safety reasons as it would have had compressed gas in it) thus i didnt think much of it at all.
So i re-inflated the piggy-back, back up to 150psi. took it for a ride and realised it was still leaking. I pumped it up last night at around 10 o'clock and checked it just now to see if it had deflated again, and it has.
This means i am going to have to phone TF (which i did earlier but they were shut) and see whats going to occur.
Apart from that i thought the sevice was great.
Has anyone else ever had any similar problems?
cheers.
