What do you think are the chances of someone who chooses not to wear a helmet choosing to wear one of these jobbies?

I'd be more interested to know what sort of protection it would offer compared to a helmet.

Nice idea, but bonnet air bags and radar enhanced collision avoidance braking systems would be better if made mandatory on new cars.
