Hi all just wondering if anyone on here is from chesterfield and surronding area as ive just started riding again after 10 years and would like to tag along with some of you guys if anyone doesnt mind.

Where abouts in Chesterfield are you based, its a big place
I can lead rides anywhere I have os maps for but still manage to get lost :P North Notts, South Yorks, Derbyshire and the Peaks and North Yorks. Now looking at routes around Leeds, so many places to ride but so little time

Few of us are doing a route from Ladybower on Sunday, setting off 9.30 ish meeting on main rd bridge.
Probably be around 18 to 20 mile round trip, no time limit just a nice relaxed pace with a few laughs thrown in.

Oh and dont worry about blowing out your arse on the uphills - i do it all the time You only get one shot .........so make it a double !

Cheers for the invite but im at work this sunday and quite unfit at mo so not ready for a full 20 miles yet but hopefully not be long though thanks again but keep me posted on future rides might be brave enough to actually go on one.Dont go where the path leads go where there is no path and leave a trail.0

Its surprising how quick your fitness comes back when its doing something you enjoy.
Plus fresh air is free in England .........for now You only get one shot .........so make it a double !
