Sidi Hydro Shoe Sizing

Looks like I'm about to bite the bullet and purchase a pair of Sidi Hydro Winter Boots.

I'm just a bit confused about sizing.


My current summer Sidis are 44. Should I still go a size larger for these so I have wiggle room as per the norm for winter wear??

    I've got 3 pairs of Sidis - when I got my Diablos (MTB version of Hydros) I went for my regular Sidi size and found that they were a touch bigger and could easily accommodate thicker socks.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
