Looking for tubs around 40quid each - narrowed it down to these two.
Which ones should i go for? for dry road and TT only.

Vittoria for that use. I wouldn't use them for normal riding but TT's, absolutely.
Also a quick link to a Rolling Resistance test (Crr) http://ddata.over-blog.com/xxxyyy/0/02/72/10/tubular-specs.html
The CX is fast too. Hopefully someone can find a more up to date study but I don't think I've seen one which shows Tufo's doing well on Crr.0 -
I've only ever use Vittoria CX, both in tub and open version. Always been pleased with them. Mainstay tyre of the pro peloton for the past 30 years or whenever. Nuff said.0

don't overlook the Vittoria Pave... almost as good as the Corsa Evo CX but a little bit more robust. but they are 24mm so JUST fit on my TT bike (PX stealth) - and i mean fag paper JUST!
I use my Tubs for a mix of TT and road races0 -
I run Vittoria Corsas and Tufos - I'd have the Corsas for the handling and feelMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
