If you had £600 to spend.....

Ok, so a question that must have been asked before but, with the 2011 models coming out and 2010 models reduced........
If you had £600 or less to spend on a road bike, what would you get? The frame on my Dawes is too small now after a growth spurt through the summer  and I'm thinking of selling it to get a bike which frame fits me. Don't mind what groupset, but my favorite colours for a road bike are black and white, or white and black 8) lol. So any reccomendations would be great, but also what would YOU get.
Thanks.

Nice spec, nice brand, nice look, nice discount!
Do you need muguard clearance, eyelets for guards, panniers etc?[/img]0 -
Bit late but Wiggle had full 105 bike for £600Say... That's a nice bike..
Trax T700 with Lew Racing Pro VT-1 ;-)0 -
That felt does look pretty cool 8)
I don't need mudguards or panniers, It's just a bike for fitness, club runs and trying to beat my PB on a circuit
Full 105 for £600  105's better than Tiagra isn't it? My Dawes had sora components and that cost £600.
Shame, I take it it went out of stock really quick
i do like the look of this and it's got pretty much the same spec as my Dawes:

Bump,
Anyone else know what bike they would look at for £600?0 -
Probably a new laptop for the home, or wasted on lots of small repairs around the house. Bikewise, I'd get a power measuring device if possible.0

That's a good buy, or you could get a Ribble 7005 horizontal/winter/audax framed bike with full Tiagra group, external BB, carbon forks, Pro Lite Como hand built wheels etc. They were selling them at £569, I bought one earlier in the year but they were indicating that they would be putting pices up so not sure if they're still available at that price. See the Ribble website.Do not write below this line. Office use only.0 -

I'd be looking secondhand on eBay.
The 'heat' looks to have gone out of the market a touch from a buyer's point of view and there are occasional bargains to be had.
I bought a Colnago C40 the other week for £720 (yes I know that is overbudget) - see Your Road Bikes section. A classic bike with full Dura-Ace 9 speed groupset and Dura-Ace wheels. Lovely.

I also bought a full carbon Isaac Pascal for a friend for £400!! It was immaculate. Shimano 105 throughout. Absolute bargain.
They are out there as long as you are patient and can spot a bargain!0
