As much as I enjoy cycling in the rain, it would have been more enjoyable if I'd remembered the waterproof gloves and the Sealskinz socks

Blocks of ice for fingers and toes in a mere 30 mins. My body hates the cold and it's not the 'proper' stuff yet. Unsurprisingly, I'm staying home. No running club track session tonight.

Babygirl is dry, warm and lubed ready for tomorrow :)

    For me,

    Drizzle on commute to office.

    Sunshine sunshine sunshine

Pissed down on my run home for lunch, drizzle back to the office

    Sunshine sunshine sunshie

    4.55 starts pissing down.

Collect mini AH from after school club, get home, put bike in garage

    Sunshine sunshine sunshine

    Dusk.

  • yeah, forst time rained on for a while this morning. First airing of the coat too, woo hoo it has survived waterproof and intact. souldn't afford owt else 3 days after payday having bought a costly light and paying for eldest's entire existence.

Don't say that, I'm up in that neck of the woods on Thursday (at the Boat) and I've already got the fear about Woolftrax. I HATE snow n' ice. It puts me on the deck every time.

Couldn't even go for a tootle along the canal here in Edinburgh because #1 son's mitts prevent him braking (he's 5), and with the mitts off his hands get so cold he can't brake. A bit of a catch 22 he's got going on there.

Started raining no more than 5 mins after I got in. I was in the shower and wondered why everything had suddenly gone very very dark...

As I'm sure your fella has already told you I did in fact go running (and even jogged back with him to greenwich after)

I also went to the pub but I only stopped for an orange juice before deciding I wanted to run too much to sit in the pub.
