I go to the gym to build strength, cake and pie only help in this as far as i'm concerned.0

for me, the whole point of training is so i dont need to be too fussed about what i eat.
as it hppens i hve been trying my best to avoid over eating in the last 3 weeks just because i havent ben able to go running and gymming.
i went for a run earlier, dont feel like ive lost any CV fitness but i couldnt even curl a 7kg dumbell (i normally hammer curl 20kg) and my arm is bleeding well killing me.
i'll try again tomorrow. but tonight, i want eat something "puddingy" is puddingy a word? if not it should be.0 -
