Ever had any trouble?

Seem to be taking ages over my frame :(

    Yea I've been in contact... Seem like top blokes... Just wondering how they are with orders that's all.... I'm an impatient arse hehe!

    Commencal owners forum eh...... Hmm.


    Oh while I'm here.. Does the meta run fully closed gear outers? I can't tell from pics and need to get some new cables before it arrives!

    Didn't you hear, we closed down last week, Steve the owner retired to a villa in Spain.

    This is Steve here, from Real Cycles. We have indeed been mega slow this last ten days getting stuff out. A few issues, some nice, have all hit at once: We suddenly got VERY busy (the nice bit) but we're also short on staff, our supplier got VERY slow and to make matters worse the carriers are playing silly feckers with us. These things happen from time to time (the getting really busy not nearly enough) but this time they've all come at once.

    We got a load of stuff cleared last week and sent an email to everyone still waiting apologising and giving estimates on dates. We expect to have everything cleared by the end of this week at the latest.

    I've obviously no idea who you are, or what your order is, but I do know a pile of frames are going out today, and we're concentrating on bikes tomorrow.

    I can only apologise. I know this doesn't get your frame any quicker, but working our fastest to get stuff out.

    If you want to chat to someone call Nathan in the shop, he looks after the mail order side of things nowadays. Or if you want speak to me, I'm in the shop tomorrow.

    Again, sorry, send me an email (reply to your order confirmation) so I know who you are and I'll throw some nice Commencal freebies into the box.

    I don't ever use this forum, only saw this thread as Weeksy sent me a link, so if you want to contact us/me do so on email, as I'll most likely not check back here.

    Sorry mate, i can't say, i'm running a Meta5 frame but with Super 4 componentry. That wasn't running full outers.

    Due to the bosses on my Meta5 frame i'll take a fairly good guess that the meta doesn't run full outers either on the mechs.

    My Meta 5.5 didn't have full outers so I changed them.
    Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"

    I used the Jagwire kit, it's done the trick for the last 18 months through muck and bullets. :)
    Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"
