    His ban is backdated to the first sample being taken - yet it implies he has been competing since then. And then it's a 21 month ban so he can run at the Worlds - funny how things work out.

    Totally, if it wasn't for strict liability they would probably have done a Carl Lewis on him. That being let him off because he didn't mean it.

    Top class athletes can easily request information on a product from their respective doping authorities. Any herbal or over the counter medicine MUST be approved by their sports doctors. This has been like this for the last 30 odd years I've been associated with athletics.

    There is absolutely no excuse not to ask. This guy has used the OLD excuse of "humiliation" to try and avoid being caught.

    He's a cheat, and I dare say a liar as well.
