Got a blood donation in an hour, followed by staring at the computer screen for the rest of the day. I bet it'll be nice and dry later on, when I'm not fit enough to ride my bike

    Morning Freaks!

Still feeling crap, but made into the office. I apparently sound like Barry White... I feel sooo bad, I don't even fancy a bacon roll! May have to force one down for 'medicinal' purposes. Coffee however will need to be via intravenous transfusion.

To make myself feel better, just purchased some nice shiney Ti bolts from Tibolts.co.uk. Granted it's a stupidly expensive way to remove weight from a bike, but meh, what can I say, I'm an addict... Also bought a new front mech for the NRS.

You're not a Brunel University Design student are you by any chance? - I still have my brass Trammel.

    Anyway Morning All,

My day is going to be ok, visiting a plastic mouldings company (the little kid in me still likes seeing the big machines working). Unfortunately it means I'm going to be late home and miss my weekly night ride :( and even if I make it home I haven't charged my lights - d'oh!

morning everybody!!! i'm got a lecture at 11, then my day is free again so I expect I'll be either working or fixing my bike this afternoon, or more than likely I'll try doing both at the same time and make a monumental c0ck up of the work then go out for a bike ride

Hi whom ever is out there.
Just debating to remove E150 forks from enduro and replace with 160 fox's for this evenings ride.

Also trying to decide about buying some Boxxer teams for the new build.
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

A day of Grrrrr planned today

Got home from work yesterday to find some pikey scum had been back and had another go at breaking into my shed, presumably to pinch my bike.
Thy tried crowbaring the door open but to no avail because after last time i have put steel plates and coachbolts through the hinges and locks, so they just put the crowbar through the panel next to the door!

Really pi$$ed off, have got to re-build the shed (again) and now were looking at putting CCTV up. More expense just to keep whats ours ours.
MTB's, SC Blur LTc & Cotic Soul (26" definitely aint dead!).

Do you have a fence around the garden the shed sits in?

    Is it over 6ft high?

If so, put lots of those carpet grippers around the top of them. Not only does this stop scumbags climbing over, but leaves some nice DNA for the boys in blue to use. And, it was the local CID who suggested I do this.

sounds like a plan  not quite 6ft fence but nearly. Been looking at asguard bike storage as well, not cheap but a fraction of the replacement cost of the bike.
