Upgrading wheels

Looking to upgrade wheels going into next season. Currently have Spesh S-works Tarmac frame and DT Swiss 1850 wheels but am looking for some lighter aero wheels for use in Sportives and L2P type events.
Originally I went for the DT Swiss wheels as I was over 105kg and still think them of them as good wheels. The only downside is that despite losing weight (just under 90kg now) I find they rub on the brake blocks when I am pushing on out of the saddle.
I am hoping to get added stiffness and lighter weight clinchers.
Have whittled it down to the following:
Easton EC90 Aero 56mm
Mavic Cosmic Carbone SR
Shimano Dura-Ace C50mm Clincher
Can anyone with experience of one or two give me advice on their flex, performance, hubs, reliability, etc.

Do you realise that the Easton EC90 clinchers weigh in at about 1600g and retail for $2000? Are they actually available in the UK?
Have you had a look at Planet X wheelsets and Fuerte Bicci?More problems but still living....0 -
Yours are excellent wheels... and very reliable (as opposed to the shaky fragile Easton)
if they rub a bit on the pads when climbing on the pedals, probably they need a bit more tension on the spokes, that's all. Bring them to a decent LBS or even better a wheelbuilder if you've got one at hand and they'll sort you.
I would be happy to do it for you if you live in the West London arealeft the forum March 20230
