I prefer my mates way of tasting the rainbow.
1 - Buy loads of skittles
2 - Separate into individual colours
3 - buy one bottle of vodka per skittle colour
4 - drink enough vodka to allow skittles to fit in bottle
5 - fit skittles in bottle
6 - wait until the skittles have dissolved
7 - taste the rainbow
8 - drown in your own skittle flavoured vodka puke

be even nicer with real vodka...
Vodkat is the biggest con ever0 -
IcarusGreenthat... is a great idea!
KoilerWhat vodka do you recommend then? I have a bit of a thing for Absolut. But Smirnoff black label is nice as well, straight from the freezer.0 -
I'd say my favourite is smirnoff blue, i find it really smooth. loads of ice, and squeeze half a lime and half a lemon. win!
the more expensive brands (grey goose etc) are ok, but i dont reckon they're worth the extra cash. If i was making cocktails (manly ones you understand!), they i'd maybe spend that much, but for the most part, smirnoff is more than adequate
any more than about £30 a bottle is a waste IMO
the flavoured Absolut is really nice. i wish i could buy one of each but its not exactly cheap!
i did try tabasco infused vodka once, didnt like that one so much...
the above is only if i want to enjoy it, if im just getting wrecked, then tesco £10 a litre. (because im pure class you see)
just never get fooled into vodkat, its only about 20% and tastes like wee.0 -
I wouldn't spend any more on vodka than Smirnoff or Absolut either. I just don't get the whole thing of expensive alchohol.0

It's for people who like to pretend that it makes any difference. Russian Standard or Absolute for me. None of the vodkas like Greygoose or Belvedere are worth the extra money0 -
I remember when I was a student and we used to go to Revolution in Huddersfield and buy their special "russian roulette" shots.
IIRC it was about 10, different flavoured shots in like this circular thing, the idea was you spin it, and when it stops, everyone takes a shot. One of them is a very strong chilli vodka.

I don't think Dave Phoenix will like any type of skittles after this. he's got 15 hours left and you can't even see him anymore0
