C'mon Will, try and use a bit of imagination. When I was your age I invented kiwi fruit and bacon risotto, which is surprisingly tasty.

Peanut Butter, Honey, Marmite & Raspberry Jam is a regular for me ...

I've always been a bit obtuse with food combinations though

There's actually a website for that:

    http://saltandfat.com/

In a good way, of course.

Alternatively, peanut butter = protein. Marmite = B vitamins. I don't think Will was suggesting it as a staple.

Personally I find it a rather pleasant combination (in moderation of course)

Peanut butter (the good stuff with a high quantity of peanuts) has a lot of 'good fats' that are essential and also a high level of protein. It's actually one of the foods my body builder mate recommended I eat regularly when he gave me diet tips and it seemed to work.

Freehub, I'm with you it's a great combo.

    Also, cheese and marmite,
    Cheese and chocolate
Hot chocolate with chilli powder added.

That's why they taste so goooooood !!!!

Because as we all know, 'tastiness' is inversely proportional to 'healthiness'

I have cheese and crackers with added chocolate spread, I used to remember in high school, cheese/chocolate toasties were popular, people I know in Manchester are so closed minded, they think it's disgusting without even trying it.

You can also buy some bars of chocolate that have chilli powder in em.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - peanut butter and mustard, or if you haven't got peanut butter, just mustard on toast with a bit of black pepper. Or Pataks Lime Pickle or other Pataks pickles on toast. Yum!

    For fatty liver:
Choline is important for the structure of cell membranes, as precursor for acetylcholine (a neuro-transmitter), and many more functions. Regarding fatty liver, choline helps the liver dump excess fats by incorporating them into the bile secretions (see Role of Choline in my Fatty Liver Article for more). Choline-rich foods include:

I note that you carefully skip over the top choice for choline - beef or calves liver!
