Riding indoors

Anyone ever ride their bikes indoors? I mean ride, not using a turbo trainer.
My offspring lives in a rather large house (1000 Sq M+) and is quite happy riding indoors.
I caught him riding from the living room to his bedroom yesterday.. he did clip his elbow on the security gate much to my amusement! Brat.. Fortunately the entire house is tiled, so it makes for good riding..

I'm banned from riding my bikes in the house after riding down the stairs and cracking one of the floor tiles...0

I used to work in a mahoooooooooosive old building attached to a rather large engineering floor. Because we didn't need hordes of clerks, the top floor was just for me and the rest of the IT department. All 5 of us. We took turns to take the backups to a secure vault at the other side of the building. When I rode to work, I used to ride along the top floor corridors to get there faster.0

when mum's out i ride trials in the dining room, my fave challenge is to back hop with the front wheel hovering over an extremely valuable tea set on the dresser. Great thrill.
apart from that, i have an old, long Wlesh terraced house, and riding in the front door, and out tha back is great, lots of tight bends, steps and a few technical features. way better than a TC red.I like bikes and stuff0 -
