Just ordered myself a KS i900, they have old 2009 stock but upgraded with the 2010 UK-spec internals (so they'll actually work unlike the 2009s), for £140 for the remote version! Woop!
Also the i950 seems to have dropped in price.

Considering a dropper post for the meta... It has some fancy expansive carbon post which I think I'm gonna sell on as new and put some money towards a dropper if I can.
The one from superstar sounds promising if it'll fit lol!0 -

Surely could get a shim made by a nearby machine shop if it came to it0 -
He'd have to have a magic jig... I can do a magic jig after a few tequilas but that's not the jig I mean... My seatpost diamter is too small - if it was the other way around it wouldn't be a problem, I need to increase the diameter which would be imposible or get a new frame.
Besides... I can't afford an adjustable post so my old frame has just saved my wallets ass0 -
you could ream your seattube out to 30.9mm, but you quite possibly wouldn't have any metal left, or any warranty.
I'd fit either the 27.2mm KS or the gravity dropper...
Actually i bought a new frame so i could use the new RS one when it arrives...0
