I serviced my Hope pro II hubs last week and found that one of the pawl springs had snapped. I contacted my lbs who are hope dealers but they could get them in 3-4 days! Being as i was of to Wales in 2 days that was too long. So, i phoned Hope themselves and they sent me a replacement (free of charge) to arrive to me the following morning. Post come on the friday morning and there it was! Massive thanks to Hope for being so helpfull and sending me the part so quick!!
