Bibshorts like Giordana Tenax?

Hi all,
Had a crash today and wrote off a pair of Giordana Tenax bibshorts. I really like those shorts but can't seem to find any of the right size/colour at a reasonable price online.
Anyone spec me some shorts that will match the quality and fit of the Tenax at a similar price around £60-70. Also has to be primarily BLACK, and I was size Large.

Also need a long sleeve baselayer and some long finger gloves but expect anything will do for those.

Why don't they just make Tenax more comfortable and make Tenax be the top number and make that a little more comfortable?0
