Low Fat = Evil.
:x
EVIL I TELL YOU, EEEEEEEEVIL!
Pretty much all low fat stuff has a much higher sugar content than the 'normal' equivalent product - so I can't eat it.
But you should eat 2 anyway.0 -
Yup or they up the salt.
the one that cracks me though is diet coke, compared to normal both ahve 0% fat. the only magor diff is one uses rat poisen to sweeten it and the other uses sugar...
And i may be wrong but simple carbs like the sugars in coke, don't actually get stored in the same way as more complex carbs so you basiclly pee most of what you don't use out.(been a while since G.C.S.E biology)0 -

No just have 1, and then have some cake and a bacon sandwich with it instead0

You are wrong.
Simple carbs are largely responsible for obesity and type 2 diabetes reaching pretty much pandemic proportions in the US and the UK.Not climber, not sprinter, not rouleur0 -
Diabetes i knwo about. But on the fat one can you explain how it works? i know complex carbs, are stored as starch and fatty acids but i didnt think you could make up the long chains from the simple carbs for actuall storage?
This is pure science interest now in comparison to my very old Biology knoledge(I was always good at Physics and heavy math )0 -
If it's low fat, low salt, low suger, etc you can always replace the word that follows 'low' with the word 'taste' for a much more accurate description of the product.
Just stick to beer, there is zero fat content.0 -
