Just got back from the dentist, having not been for 10 years. It's fair to say i was shatting myself before hand, but £16.50 later, my teeth were said to be in perfect condition.

Read the Wisdom Tooth thread. It's enough to freak you out, plus i hate dentists, so yeah, i consider myself lucky.

And yes i do clean them.

I've not been back to the dentist since they said they were going take my wisdom teeth out after I said they hurt a little as they're coming through.

One of my wisdom teeth is coming through slightly on the wonk, if it wasn't there was 0 chance of getting me in there!

that'd just about get me in the door with my dentist.

I pay something like £25 for a check up.. (although I often tell him I've forgotten how much it was and only bought a tenner out with me today)

I didnt go for years, nothing wrong with my teeth when I first went back afetr ahem *coughs* 15 years of not going. Now the last 3 years of going i've suddenly develop[ed cavities, my teeth are now really sensitive and I get a fortnights worth of toothache about once a month

I reckon they make stuff up to get money, like quik fit do

Sounds like what you saw was not in fact a dentist. Probably some pikey who stole the tools, whilst he was busy thieving the NOx for his Saxo.
