    Is it just me or does he pull the caps off the wrong way? I usually hook the opener on the side of the cap facing me. If he did it the right way he wouldn't have spilled it down his crotch. :?

    Shimano throwing star! awesome.

    The guy has the bottle opening belt buckle technique sorted, I reckon. The bottle spends less time upside down with it's cap removed like that.

    Talking of Shimano/Sram, was having a look at the microshift stuff, My bro wants a bike building but is on a bit of a budget, but this stuff looks pretty good, has anyone tried using it though? I might try it on his bike then if its naff, steer clear of it at no risk to myself
