I've some mince etc left over from last night but can't decide what to have with it. I'll probably be having said rice or pasta in the morn as well with something else

Rice all the way. Anything goes with rice, simply fry up what's left over with an egg and you're halfway to a meal.

mince with pasta, I like to put mince and tomato pasta sauce in the slow cooker and make a bolognese that way for when I get in from work, dead simple

On rice recipes, get 22p packet rice, chuck in some chicken, raw or cooked and cook, then add a good squirt of bbq sauce into the water for flavour, its proper yummy and quick
