Hi there i am in need of help from people who frequently use bikes whether to work or as a hobby. I am studying BA product design at Nottingham Trent University, and have been set a project by Cyclepods to design an in home storage device. After the project they will pick the best idea and if all goes well will put the product into production to their worldwide client base. This would be an amazing opportunity to jump start my design career as they are also offering a work placement. What i need you to do is follow the link bellow and fill in the survey which will take around five mins. I need to do this to see how cyclist currently use and store their bikes, so i can build a product specification around real cyclists needs and preferences. Unfortunately the info wont be posted on here as it wont be collated i will just be analyzing it.
Thanks Callum

Sorry have just updated and should work fine now.

completed it, though don't understand the relevance of some of your questions in relation to bike storage...i.e. where I live/work and others. good luck with your project.0

The questions such as where you live and work are just to get a brief idea of the user and their routine.

Done, but I don't think my offering will be very helpful: get up, get ready, get bike from garage where it is leant against the wall.....Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX

haha. same here. don't lock it at home, can't be arsed. chuck it against a wall in the office at work so i don't have to lock it.0 -
done, but agree, you don't need a lot of the personal stuff you've asked for to solve my bike storage problems.0

quite an intrusive survey for hooks or lifter racks, what's the context of all the info you ask for?0

Leaning against the wall is the way to go!0 -
Done. What I need is a device which tucks my bike into hidden spacial dimensions, away from thieves and walk-space :shock:Souped-Up Trek Hybrid ( Clipless & Skinnies - FCN 6 )
Regularly humbled by the RP3LC, and the FG temptation is getting too much.0
