What size allen key for the bolts on a disc brake rotor?

If they vary per brand then I have the stock rotors from Hayes Mechanical Disc Brakes

Rotors have little to do with it - the bolts can vary. Many use T25 Torx bolts, or a 4 or 5mm allen key.
