Stolen or not? How to understand - price to low on gumtree

Hello guys!
I'm looking for a cheap bike on intenet and i found an advert too cheap for a nice bike like this one

the price is 30 pound and the guy told me that wasn't stolen.

I should buy it or not?

    yup - its a cheap bike, great for going to the shops on (at a stretch) but not worth much more than the price asked for. not one to buy if you are serious about taking it out and giving it any sort of abuse. :?

    yeah m8 thats defos a 30pound bike...you could maybe get him down to 25...
