My mtb is set up as my commutiong bike at the moment but i'd like to use the Aldi SPD shoes I picked up to commute in.
However I don't want to have to put them on if a fancy a little jaunt in the countryside.
So, can you recommend me a good set of pedals with flats on one side and spd's on the other?

I assume they do come with the cleats?0 -
To answer my own question: Yes they do.
Ordered from Merlin Cycles for £25 and on their way to me.
Thanks Steve C0 -

they are good, been riding em for years, reliable, bombproof, good in all weathers and plenty grippy on the flats.0 -
Or shimano A530Genesis Croix de Fer - my new commuting mount
Saracen Hytrail - the workhorse - now pensioned off
Kinetic-One FK1 roadie - the fast one - hairy legs though!
Cannondale Jekyll Lefty MTB - the muddy one which keeps tipping me into gorse bushes!0 -
Well, I like SPDs, and I also like flat pedals...But which is better?
There's only one way to find out...0 -

spd if its dry usually revert to flats in the winter cant really make up my mine i prefer the security of being clipped in when doing drops and jumps and rock gardens but like flats for the off camber and fast bends and muddy conditions0
