are there any chaingangs training rides during the week in the NEWCASTLE area i finish work at 11.30am

    i reckon if you pop into Cyclelogical in Forest Hall, the owner will be able to help. He seems to be in the know on all things cycling

    If it's not a stupid question :oops: - what exactly is a chain gang? And how is it different from a club ride? Is it just a regular group of mates who cycle close together to go as fast as possible?

    I'm in Durham so not too far from Newcastle.
