Cadences

I have several cadences, for different occasions.

I have an A cadence for warm up and warm down, B cadence for eating up the miles, C cadence for strong headwinds and hills and D cadence for the pub afterwards.

    There's also the cadence that miraculously allows you to generate 5-10% more power than your peers, probably somewhere between B & C. I believe there's a certain Swiss doctor of Italian origin that can share the secrets for a small down-payment and a share of your winnings - Dr Maserati or something :wink:
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
