Joining a Bike Club in Cardiff

I need some help, what club would be good for mountain biking? I heard of JIF but not sure if it is for mountain biking, and I know they do a Saturday ride, is this a mountain biking one though?

    There seems to be a fair few people on here that ride down Cardiff way... myself included!

    We should organise a group ride...

    we should organise a group ride, that'd be cool :D

    but my mate rides with a bunch of people who meet in caerphilly at castle bikes, i think they ride mon and thurs nights and on the weekend

    i know it's not exactly cardiff but it's not too far away :D
