£155. Unexpected refund from the electric company. Obviously needs to be spend wisely, so I'm thinking lightweight exotic bike bling.
Suggestions please.
(BTW - I'm already sorted for Hookers & Blow...)

But I like the MPH3's... or should I say, I like my MPH3's - Ti and alloy bolts throughout, and Aztec wavey rotors.
That said, I've been looking at the SLX and XT deals on Ribble - no rotor, but that's not an issue. However this was with the Coiler in mind rather than the XTC.0 -
Buy some (cake lots of) - it inevitably makes you faster on whatever bike you're on where ever you're going.0

which bike have u got ur eye on pimping? I suggest 15 notes on a superstar seatclamp for the coiler.0

Bacon. Lots of bacon. In fact, an entire pig. It's the only way.I like bikes and stuff0

Dunno really. TBH, £150 wouldn't go that far on the NRS. XTC is 'almost' there. Coiler is the 'workhorse' so doesn't really get that much pimping (apart from the custom head-cap, Ti granny ring and rotor bolts...).Gazlar wrote:I suggest 15 notes on a superstar seatclamp for the coiler.
TBH, that's a given, having seen yours on the weekend.0 -

In that case then get lots of blingy anodised stuff for the coiler. I'd suggest red spacers, red seatclamp, red grip clamps on grey grips, red bottle cage bolts, red valve caps, silver braided cables and red hoses, all thats about 65 quid?0

Iv got it!
Bacon Cake, with a dressing of Nut Lube and red ano'd sweets on top!
its PERFECT!

No, no, no, no, no, no, no!
The Coiler's colour scheme is black - stealthy.
Although, I am toying with the idea of gold stuffs for the NRS. The backend of which is currently being resprayed black, so I'll have another completely black bike. :? Some the Ti bits for the pedals are gold coloured and so is the new cassette, (and probably the chain) so I'm tempted to get a few more choice pieces to match - Yumea stuff for the shifter pods is something I'd considered.
But, there will still be red bits on the NRS - fork and shock stik0rz and the brake lever housings....so do I go for the whole black & red scheme on the NRS? Again...
Decisions, decisions...0 -
I see your predicament.
If you are struggling to spend it, you can always send it by recorded delivery to me, I need to bling up the black forest now the cheaper stuff on the Thunder is done, I'm thinking its orange and white so I'll add blue anodisings0 -
Current favourite would be some stuffs from Tibolts to tune up the front and rear mechs on the NRS (grub screws), some new Ti rotor bolts and a new XT front mech.
But still open to suggestions...0 -
