Morning Ginksters....

Another day full of meh! Finding it increasingly hard to get up these days.... and getting VERY impatient waiting for my new wheels to turn up.

Am expecting light showers of Meh this morning, followed by a meh storm this afternoon...

... and some more MEH this evening ..

    Gooooooood Morning Freaks!

And, CTFU! (that's Cheer The Fandango Up!)

Today's commute in was cold and windy. The weather wasn't too clever either... headwind again, but this does make going home sooo much more fun. The sun's just come out as well, so I may be cancelling that welder I ordered for my brass monkey.

Got a letter from our electricity supplier, complete with refund cheque for £155. This will need to be converted into lightweight bike components, so that will be today's most urgent task.

Already scoffed 2nd breakfast - one of Morrison's most finest Cornish Slices. The good news is that I've got another one sat in my drawer for 3rd breakfast, which I'll have to squeeze in, just before 11'sisisisis. I'm also drinking a cup of Rooibos tea. Nice, but needs more caffine. I shall have to dispatch a minion on a coffee run shortly, before the shakes start and I get those 'dark' thoughts that my therapist warned be about again...

Night ride this evening somewhere around the peak district then straight down to London for a couple of days of work.

    Morning All,

Today is a good day as the cold I've had for over a week has finally shifted it's vice-like grip from my head and I may actually be productive today...also it's Tuesday so that means a local group ride tonight - missed the last two weeks so looking forward to it.

Morning. I'm mystified as to why my body refuses to sleep for more than 4 hours at a time. It's bloody tiring.

Done an hour at uni already this morning, currently back at home for my 2 hour break because I needed to hang my washing out. Not sure whether I can be bothered to do any work in this gap...
  • What a fantastic day. Cooler weather isn't an issue, its virtually calm up here and i am free of anything work related for the next week. Boy was picked up for school by a beauty (must work on that).

Tea is being consumed. Ought to nip to the lbs for a snoop and pick up a wheel, maybe take em some cake as they price match everthing and loan me bits and bobs to try.

Hope to get out for a pint with some friends either tonight or tomorrow,I haven't seen them for a week or 2, due to work getting in the way of life.

Sitting on my arse at the kitchen table writing my last assignment for my HND. I'm counting down the days I have to live in a little shite hole called Bordon before moving to Abingdon just south of Oxford in 3 weeks. (anyone know any clubs / trails in the area).

If I get my assignment early enough then I'm going for a blast through the woods!

the meh-o-meter is on about 5 today.

The lump on the back of my neck is smaller and I can move about without hurtin'. Anti-b's haven't had their usual laxative effect either. :) The 1.9 High Rollers I bought from the classifieds where on my desk when I got in so they'll be fitted tonight. :) Also pondering whether or not to finally get the Hope/Crest wheels I've had in my Merlin shopping basket for the last 2 months, or just get a set of MT65s. Can't decide, but the MT65's are currently winning because I can use any cassette I want, only need sealant and for the difference I can get some 2011 Nobby Nics or Ralphs. :?

But I am STILL narked about riding like a trud on Sunday and I think it's knocked my confidence, not being able to get out and ride again hasn't helped. :x

Today will be mostly spent planning a local ride for this evening. Put a pair of Pana Cinder's on t'heckle so they need testing.
Apart from that i may achieve work at some point, although i dont hold out much hope!
