Winter bib longs

Since the weather has got a bit colder I've felt my knees a bit more so think its time to buy some decent bib longs for when it gets really cold.
I've got some old DHB 3/4 that I like and recently bought these, that seems nice, with a good fit.

But I need another pair, and was thinking about getting the ones a step up that promise to be a bit warmer, but they are quite a bit more expensive at £70.

I know no one will have used them yet, but is there anything else that I should consider in this price range? Are these going to be worth the extra £30?
Cheers!

On offer at Ribble for £61 is a bargain, as long as they have your size left. The Kiss pad they use is as comfortable as any I have tried, Assos included. Just watch out for the Italian sizing!0
