Anyone have experience of road tubeless here?

Hi all

I was having a chat with the guys at the Stans No tubes stand at the cycleshow and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried tubeless on the road? I use tubeless all the time off road and would not use tubes again.

Also, are Durace 7850 CL wheels tubeless ready? (I dont think so)?

What sort of pressures, do you use sealant etc.
