Road buzz on my Giant TCR

Hi,
Went out for a couple of hours yesterday and came back with numb hands due to the buzz on the handlebars. I have a Giant TCR Composite 2 (2006 model), all carbon, with Giant carbon stem and bars. Wheels are Fulcrum 3s with Conti GP4000S tyres running about 100PSI. Bars, stem, wheels and tyres are all upgrades over the original equipment. I had the frame swapped earlier this year (changed to an M/L size from L) and don't recall the last one to be so buzzy. Any suggestion on what might be the issue? Tyre pressure perhaps?
