upgrades / changes from original spec -

DMR V8`s
Lizard skins peaty world champ lock on grips
Selle Assano seat (old school leather - comfy as)
Hope QR seat stem
Fox RP23 HV rear shock (recently fitted)
Kenda Nevegal DTC`s f+r

She rides as good as she looks,......... oh n the bike too :)

    Hi ro88o, Nice looking bike. I also have a 2009 comp f/s and looking to upgrade the 190mm rear shock to a rp23 unit. Just curious to know which compression and rebound factory tune shock you bought and how she rides with this upgrade. Got chance of a medium compression and high rebound rp23 but not sure if this will ride a bit HARSH ! What would be your opinion ? Thanx in advance......

    Hi 2hot2trot, my RP23 is high compression with medium rebound and performs really well, i ride the peaks and wharncliffe quite regularly and it has transformed the bike.

    The compression is really smooth and the propedal has made a real difference on the techy climbs.

    Depending on where/how you ride i would definately go for it, i was a little worried it might be a bit "over the top" for an upgrade but it has been well worth it, mine was 2nd hand and worked out around £200 with the new bush kit so i think i got a bargain :)
