Legs are in pain, carrying my bike up to the top of a 500ish metre peak was painful, but damn good fun on the way down. Xbox and Caramel Digestive's today will do just fine.

I was working yesterday so my plans of staying wake for 24 hours to catch all the F1 was scuppered when i fell asleep 20 minutes before quali started. Luckily I woke up on lap 2 of the race. :D

I dont have work tomorrow so i'm debating whether to spend the whole day doing sod all and having a "doing day" tomorrow or spreading the load out between the 2...

Sore head this morning after drinking a few bottles of red wine at a friends last night. Watched the Moto GP - excellent race with Rossi back on form.
Now watching the commonwealth games cycling.
Watching the F1 later (even though I all ready know the result).

Off work till Friday so plenty of time to fit in a few rides this week :D
