I recently bought a Cateye Double Wireless from "Old Codger", whose real name is Wayne Williams. The Cateye was advertised as having been fitted to a bike but never used i.e. as new. When I received the package, I noticed that it was missing two vital parts - the bracket band and the bracket, both of which are needed to attach the computer to a bike. I sent an e-mail to Wayne stating that these parts were missing and received the following reply " as far as I know, the only missing parts were some cable ties". I replied to his e-mail stating that he had sold me something that was not fit for pupose at it could not be used, but have yet to receive a reply.
