Morning gang
Awful nights sleep last nightand my eyes hurt today. i'm also cramped all over from gym/golf
really in a cant be anused with work today mood, but two more days to go, even if tommorrow is ten hours of cack. I've had 12-1 o clock finishes all week, saturday I land a 4 o clock finish
anyway I'm moany today so ignore me, say goodmorning, get your meh out and hopefully, we'll all feel better this evening

Good news, last night new garmin forerunner turned up - bad news is the wife didn't charge it so I haven't used it yet
Woke up an hour earlier than the alarm, but ended up watching GP practice highlights, followed by the first part of 2nd practice, good, but needed sleep more!0 -
Last night, I was so tired I was virtually falling to sleep in my chair, so I went to bed early. I still didn't get to sleep until well after 1:30, probably closer to 2. Then, for some utterly unknown reason, I awoke at 5, so I'm now even more tired than yesterday. Got a full day in uni, which is going to be difficult...

Today is Friday, and a day withough meh!
Nice and warm this morning - short sleeved shirt, no jacket/coat. Looking good for the weekend.
Today will involve finishing work early, doing a smidgen of shopping, loading up the Cakemobile and driving to the midlands.

I want it to be 5 but I also want to get some of this god damn work done. There is no one in my dept except me. I am bored. I want to do a good ride this weekend but I owe my housemates some hours helping with building work to pay rent so not sure I will get a ride in unless I get out at the crack of dawn before they are up - thats an idea, Dawn mission......hmmm.

Was up all night with my son, who didn't feel like sleeping, and preferred to scream instead!
Dropped the car off for it's 1st year service, I fully expect to be ripped off later when i collect it.

Today i will mainly be skiving work, getting last minute bits for my holiday tomorrow, did i mention that i'm going to Vegas?
apart from that i have just come back from a 2 day course, and have loads of emails and lots of people wanting me to do stuff. well i'm not gonna because i'm in holiday mode so ner!0 -
Today is filled with a nice ride, some food, and lots of resting. Got the towns ball to go to tomorrow night, so probably going to shave the beard off, and get my suit out and ready for that. Also preparing things for my dawn adventure tomorrow. Gotta meet a buddy at 7am 2 towns over to start a nice long ride, so need to eat lots of carbs today and probs a few steaks t keep energized. Fun packed day if you ask me!0

ive been knocked off since about 1300, i now have the entire weekend off . work was good.0 -
started work at 8am finish about 10:30pm could do with a nice cold pint. On the plus side i have 3 days off after today hopefully get out for a ride if my back is feeling better (fell down the stairs at home last friday).
