Cannock chase - friday 8th october

Hi,
I am going to cannock in the morning about 9 ish for a blast round the dog and monkey trails, If you want to join me (I am mid fortys but fairly fit and happy to ride with any cheerful folk) mail me. I will set off from the bike shop.
