Looks lovely, the steel grey and red decals looks really striking, but not over the top.
I should get round to posting my Kona one day. Not as nice as that though.0 -
Matt, where are you hosting your pics from, they're not loading for me. Looking forward to seeing your kula
Hosted on pinkbike. Don't know why you can't see the pics, though. Its worth seeing .Society is like a stew. You have to stir things up now and again otherwise the scum will rise to the top.0 -

What a great looking bike and top work on the colour scheme! I agree with you on Kona's colours, from 2008-10 they were pretty much all wrong (love my '07 orange tho).
How do you find the SID forks, are they flexy? Mine came with very light Manitou R7s but the Minute MRDs work much better, the front-end feels much more planted & solid tracking through corners and feeling of understeer is gone.
The weight you've got this kula down to makes me want to work on mine a bit, but at the moment everything's going to my new 456 build - still just waiting for the frame to arrive.Carbon 456 http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtop ... t=12754782

Again, thanks for the compliments. How do you find the SID forks, are they flexy? Mine came with very light Manitou R7s but the Minute MRDs work much better, the front-end feels much more planted & solid tracking through corners and feeling of understeer is gone.
I like the SID's - I've used them before, albeit a few years ago, and I know people find them flexy but 80% of my riding is done on fire roads and singletrack so its not really a concern for me.Society is like a stew. You have to stir things up now and again otherwise the scum will rise to the top.0
