Schwalbe - Chapeau

I've moaned about my faulty Marathon Racer tyre on here before and had a good look at it after leaving it hung up out of the way for a while.
there was a bit of the clincher beading that hadn't moulded properly leading it to not being able to grip the rim and blowing off at minimal pressure.
I've taken some pictures and sent a nice email to Schwalbe. I got a near immediate reply offering to send me out a new tyre on the basis of the photos and description of failure.
assuming the new tyre arrives fair play to Chris @ Schwalbe for the no quibble service.

Going back a few years when the Ultremo's failed - I got mine replaced very quickly and with no hassle.
However - I'll never buy Schwalbe tyres again as I've lost all faith in their products. Something about being stuck 20 miles from home with unusable tyres....0 -
Say more Pokerface - I have had such a good experience with Schwalbe that I am tempted to move over to their products totally - so would be good to get a counter point...http://www.georgesfoundation.org
