Custom made shoes

I am looking for names of any custom shoes makers. A friend into cycling has an odd shaped foot and needs a custom shoe. Any ideas? thanks

    Rocket 7 in the US. What about mouldable shoes like Bont,Lake, Shimano? Cyclefit in London may be able to advise or maybe some other bike fit people. Of course, it depends on what problem(s) the wearer has
