Hiya,
Anyone know if you can reuse the toll ticket for the toll road more than once on the same day?
I ask as my Hubby and I are going to Dalby later this month but he's not fit enough to do the whole Dalby red route so he wants to o off to Pickering or Scarborough to take some photos, but we don't want to have to pay £7 twice, once to drop me off then for him to return to pick me up after.
Anyone with any info would be great, as I can find naff all about it on the forestry website.
Many thanks

I'm 100% sure it's a day pass not a one-off ticket.IIRC you can get a year pass for £45.
From the webpageThe following admission charges apply: foot, cycle and horse access is free; cars and MPVs £7.00 (a seven-day pass is available for £15.00)0 -
Cool, thanks for that...we would go for the week one if we were in the area on hols, there's tons to do at Dalby I believe, never been before, only been past the road near Pickering when out on the motorbike

you could always start at hole of horcum(a169 pickering-whitby road),its about 3-4mile ride to join up with the red route at the back end of dalby, its round the 21 marker post......or a bit of messing about, could always get dropped off at the bickley entrance(scarborough end of toll),and then its only about 300-400 meters to join red route at marker post 23.......as for paying, there are normally nobody on the toll booths after 4pm,not that i ever use this not to pay
or give them a ring and ask>01751 4727710 -
