I'd send it back, the times wrong. The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.0 -

The lesbians next door asked me what I would like for my birthday.
I was quite surprised when they gave me a Rolex.
It was very nice of them, but I think they misunderstood me when I said, "I wanna watch."0 -

Can I play? I love watches, especially automatics from the 60's - six of the ones I wear most that were lying around in the lounge:
l to r top
Cheap and nasty Adec quartz, been through hell, and the only one I actually dive with. .
Juvenia Automatic. Juvenia were the joint designers of the rotary automatic movement (with Rolex and Omega). When this came out it was the slimmest automatic watch in the world.
Bifora, lovely gold face. Wear it on formal occasions. (not very often)
Waltham automatic (from USA),
l to r bottom
Omega Seamaster. My day to day watch. Medium size cos I have skinny wrists.
Seiko Auto Diver - exactly as wide as my wrist and very heavy. I wear it when I need to equalise the muscles in my left arm! Being single and all that.
LS Stronge from 1928 and still keeps good time.I don't do smileys.
There is no secret ingredient - Kung Fu Panda
London Calling on Facebook

But, if lesbians are involved, does it also work as a muff-diving watch?0 -

Agreed.. one is currently hanging on my wrist, first watch I've bothered with for ages.. does the job as it should, and I have a spare chunk of cash to waste on new in ear headphones.
Nice watch though Cheese, looks shiny.. it's lacking carbon fibre though..0 -
I assume you ahve a fixie too?0

You assume wrong.
Don't get me wrong, I do like nice watches, but personally, can't justify spending a massive amount of cash on them. I have a habit of breaking things, so for me (and only for me), it doesn't make sense!
I wouldn't turn down a £10k Breitling if it was thrown at me though.. I'd still probably end up breaking it somehow :oops:0
