Excellent Customer Service - Tweeks

Dear All,
I have just purchased a Genesis Aether 20 from Tweeks Cycles.
They were excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Matt who answered all my queries promptly and efficiently, both on the phone and via email.
When they checked the bike before sending it out to me they noticed a couple of tiny scratches/chips on the paintwork. Matt photographed these and emailed them over to me. They were pretty insignificant but he offered me the chance to order a replacement copy from the supplier, Madison, or to touch up the chips and to supply the current bike at a discount. I chose the latter option and used the discount to buy additional goods from them.
I also asked for mudguards, wider handlebars and a computer - I was half-expecting to fit these myself, but the bike arrived with these all properly fitted (at no extra cost).
Finally, the bike arrived really well set-up and adjusted. I'm a bit of a tinkerer but really there was nothing to do apart from turn the handlebars around, put the pedals on on raise the saddle - the gears and brakes were adjusted perfectly. And, I can't really see the scratches or chips either, despite quite careful examination.
Just wanted to flag this up to you all - we all hear horror stories regarding poor customer service, so it is refreshing to be able to report on excellent service.
