Lakes in a few hours

Well, its back on, after being cancelled 3 times, we definately aregoing to the Lake District, today infact, at 3.30

so, i need fast advice, what fun, 20km (aprox) trail/route should i ride for maximum fun, Lake's experiance and classic trail's? I havent had a chance to sort some new tyres since the summer, so im still running well worn Highroller and Ignitor combo, so the less mud the better....
and while i may squees in a bit of Grizedale or Whinlatter one day, im looking for one of the natural classics the lakes are known for.
