I need some lightweight tools but not a multitool

Can anyone recommend a product? I currently carry two adjustable spanners, pair of pliers and an allen key multitool.

I'd like to replace the spanners and pliers with something more lightweight but dont fancy multitools - I suspect they'd be quite fiddly.

I use an old bike that doesn't have a quick release system - it still has nuts holding the wheels on and a puncture is my main concern.

Dumbell spanner + tyre levers + spare tube.

Don't put too much torque into a dumbell spanner, they have an habit of snapping at the wrong moment.
