Another 'Steven' issue

I'm having trouble with numbness in 'Steven and the twins'.
I've not increased my mileage, not changed my saddle and have lost weight over the summer so I have no ideas why I have suddenly started with numbness. After yesterdays 60 miles they were still numb and tingly five hours after I got off the bike but this morning were raring to go.
Anyone got any ideas why this has just started happening on my last two rides?

I've had a couple of occurrences on the road although not recently. However on the turbo trainer it's fairly common. I think it's because I must sit differently on the turbo because I don't have to balance. I can't tell I'm sat differently, apart from the numbness. Maybe you've changed the way you sit on the saddle without realising? Not much help I know, but maybe.0
