Hi,
I started talking to a guy in Seville yesterday after seeing him wearing a 'Help for Heroes' t shirt. To cut a long story short, he turned 70 this year and decided he wanted to make a difference and has decided to ride the Ruta de Plate from Sevilla to Santiago. It's about a 1000 Km ride and he hopes to do it in 17 days with his wife driving the support van. I think it's a great cause, a big challenge and worth as much support as he can get, even if it's just messages of good luck. To post a message go to http://www.justgiving.com/John-Allan4Help4Heroes Thanks guys, hope I haven't broken any forum rules posting this here.
Andy.
