Arghhh will someone please make the banging in my head stop.
Got in about 9 this morning, suitably tipsy and woke up aout half an hour ago for croissants and coffee. Then my next prority was to check up on you guys
My head is fine, I dont suffer with bad hangovers, but my ears are fecking ringing. Dunno what to do today though, other than watch Ugly Betty, not because its great, just because I think America Ferreira is hot, whether she is Bettied up or not0 -

This country's weather is pretty awesome for riding. It's never too hot, never too cold and rarely too wet.

Feeling like shit.
Very hungover and having a total mehfest, got up at 8:00 went back to bed and have just got up, which I hate as I wanted to get out on the bike, but its torrential rain here and the trails are like a mud bath.....
Watching Yes Man, so the sight of Zoey Deschanel is always going to make me feel better!!0 -

the parrallell universe jumps are awesome, the chavs pushing their rental bikes in the middle of the section through scaredness were not, but in comparison they made me look awesome as I powered down the wet slabby bit past em, good times!
the skills section is quite fun, word of warning, dont go half arsed into the drop offs. I clanged a pedal and only just got wawy with it.

Blergh.
Not been up long. Got some god awful gut rot bug on Saturday morning that makes you eject stuff from both ends. Only just felt well enough to surface (apart from the trips to the bog) and seem to have shed about half a stone in the process.
